1. Digital and Network Services

All services involving activation or provisioning—including SIM activation, service plans, network switching, and private channels—are non-refundable once activated.

2. Physical Products

Radios and hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• All packaging is included

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Activated services
• Used or damaged equipment
• Custom-configured devices

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and denial of future service.
