Pre-Orders

Certain products offered by SidebandUSA, LLC may be sold as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you reserve a product that is not currently in stock or is awaiting shipment to our warehouse.

Full payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturer production schedules, supply chain delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it falls under our standard Returns & Refund Policy.

Memberships & Service Plans

Certain products or services may include annual memberships, network access, or service plans.

Memberships and service plans are non-refundable once activated.
Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation of a membership does not entitle the customer to a refund for any unused portion of the current membership period unless required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders for in-stock products may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through our Returns & Refund Policy.
Custom-programmed, special-order, or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once programming or customization has begun.

Shipping Delays

Due to current global supply chain conditions, international logistics issues, customs processing, and other geopolitical events, some products may require extended fulfillment times.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Certain items, including pre-orders, may require 4–8 weeks or longer for delivery depending on manufacturer availability and shipping conditions.
