All activated services are final and non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a valid transaction may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SidebandUSA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and applicable federal law.
