1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high order volumes or promotional times may require extra time (5-10 business days) for processing.

2. Shipping Methods

We use major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, carriers are responsible for delivery. If a package is lost or damaged, contact us and we will assist with claims.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Pre-Orders & Extended Shipping Times

Certain products offered by SidebandUSA may be sold on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of purchase and may require additional processing and shipping time.

For pre-order items, customers should allow approximately 4–8 weeks for delivery. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including manufacturer production schedules, customs processing, international shipping delays, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, weather events, and geopolitical conditions.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the estimated delivery timeframe and understands that delays may occur.
